Michael Field

Mike Field is Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of The Brookhaven Group. He is responsible for advising and managing wealth and investment assets for all clients as well helping clients navigate macro and market developments. Mike also manages the proprietary Concentrated Quality Equity and Tax Efficient Portfolio strategies for The Brookhaven Group. He has  experience with developing and implemented complex investment solutions for high net worth families, emerging wealth families, trusts and philanthropic organizations. Mike is a CFA® charterholder.

Prior to co-founding The Brookhaven Group in 2025, Mike was a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager for The Private Bank at Bank of America for Ohio. He also worked for The Private Bank at Bank of America in St. Louis, MO in the same role. He managed over $500 million in investments for 64 individuals, families and institutions.

Prior to joining Bank of America in 2017, Mike served in the United States Army as a Cavalry Scout where he served for 20 years, spending 11 out of 20 years overseas, included tours in Germany, the Republic of South Korea, Macedonia and Afghanistan.

Mike earned his B.S. degree in finance, cum laude, from University of Maryland University College, and his masters in investment management and financial analysis from Creighton University.
